Methodology

Our methodology on which we develop Business Applications consists of nine distinct, yet related, stages:

1. Strategic Consultation
In the initial Strategic Consultation, Corvit networks project specialists work closely together with our Customers to clearly comprehend their business, their markets, products, services, competition, culture, and internal processes. The aim is to explicitly understand and personalize the requirements and objectives of the Customer;s project.

2. Goal setting Workshop
The Goal setting workshop allows Corvit networks team to determine the ultimate goals of the Customer;s project, that are to be attained. A thorough understanding of requirements and customer;s objectives helps us to develop best possible strategies and action plans to establish them. Which may as well, lead towards the expansion of clients' goals, once we help them to realize the myriad ways in which Internet technologies can enhance their business.

3. Project Definition
Project Definition is the next step. After in-depth analysis of the Customer's position, our project team develops a detailed Project Specification Report outlining what functionality the final solution will possess.

4. Technology
Next, our specialists determine what technologies will be best to bring about the objectives enumerated in the "Project Spec.". Since Strong Systems are not wedded contractually or ideologically to any particular development tools, project team can be totally objective while determining the best, most cost effective and time effective approach to take. Corvit networks never ceases, searching the market for new development tools to test, adopt, and deploy to our clients' advantage.

5. Production
The Production phase is where our expert web developers, application developers, and creative people actually build the application. The entire process is driven by our "customer centric, total satisfaction" culture and proprietary project scheduling methodologies. These two forces work in conjunction with one another to ensure that the work is done to the highest possible quality standards, and that it is completed by "on time and on budget" basis.

6. Testing
The completed application is then thoroughly tested, utilizing the internal methodologies and tools we have developed over the past five years. By employing our proven "Rapid Application Testing" and "RAID" testing methodologies, we strive for as "bug free" launch as possible.

7. Launch and Support
Once testing is complete, we launch the application. We pride ourselves on our high levels of responsiveness to all customer support requests. 24/7 Support is available for "mission critical" applications.

8. Iterative Innovation
Finally, comes the "Iterative Innovation" phase. We at Corvit Technology are great believers in the art of constant improvements. We not only practice it internally, but we apply it to our client's projects as well, with a discipline we have named "Iterative Innovation". After launch and support, Iterative Innovation represents the ninth and final phase of our methodology. Any project at Corvit Technology completed for a client is a "child" of the conditions prevailing at the time of initial design, production, and implementation. But conditions always change over the time with the markets change, competition change, personnel change, finances change, business processes change, products and services change, and, of course, technologies change. On an ongoing basis, we like to work with our clients to ensure the applications we've developed for them remain optimal solutions, as conditions change over time.
